I founded Curran Consulting LLC to help organizations build stronger, more intentional hiring strategies that drive lasting growth. My background spans recruiting for some of the most innovative companies in aerospace and technology, including Blue Origin, Boeing, and Firefly Aerospace.

Over the years, I’ve learned that great hiring goes far beyond filling roles, it’s about understanding people, process, and purpose. My work blends technical recruiting expertise with communication and leadership strategy to help companies build scalable, people-centered talent systems.

I hold a Master’s in Communication from Arizona State University and am completing my MBA in Organizational Leadership, combining academic insight with real-world recruiting experience.

Through consulting partnerships, I aim to bridge strategy and execution, helping teams attract top talent, refine their hiring processes, and create workplaces where both people and organizations thrive.
